"PIXEL 08 GE - xx" è uno dei video sistemi studiato per incrementare la velocità di macchina, migliorare e monitorare la qualità della stampa, ridurre i tempi di avviamento macchina, e gli scarti dovuti all' impossibilità di controllo della della stampa effettuata.Il sistema riporta ferma su un video l'immagine del nastro in movimento, ciò fa si che l'operatore possa controllare tempestivamente la produzione senza fermare la macchina.La costruzione dei video sistemi "PIXEL 08 GE - xx" è stata concepita secondo le più recenti tecnologie al fine di venire incontro alle richieste di mercato.Il sistema "PIXEL 08 GE - xx" include l'unità centrale, la video camera compatta con l'unità stroboscopica, il monitor SVGA da 17", un sensore per la sincronizzazione del sistema e una tastiera semplice e intuitiva per tutte le funzione del sistema. .Sono inoltre possibili altre personalizzazioni (su richiesta) che vengono in contro alle esigenze del cliente e che personalizzano il sistema.L'installazione del sistema è stata semplificata al massimo al fine di renderla molto pratica e veloce. La funzione "HELP" dell tastiera, prevede una descrizione del funzionamento del sistema senza dover ricorrere a documentazione su carta.Questa funzione in caso di guasto suggerisce anche accorgimenti vari per tentare di risolvere il problema.Le caratteristiche sopra citate descrivono la configurazione minima del sistema, esistono altre posibilità sia da noi già implementate che eventuali richieste dal cliente.

"PIXEL 08 GE - xx" is a web inspection system which has been studied to increase machine speed, improve and monitor printing quality, reduce machine booting times and discard due to impossibility of checking printing.The system reproduces on the video the image of the tape in movement, making it possible for the operator to control the production without stopping the machine.The "PIXEL 08 GE - xx" web inspection system has been designed using the latest technologies in order to meet market requirements.The "PIXEL 08 GE - xx" system includes a central unit, a compact camera unit with a stroboscopic unit, SVGA 17" monitor, a sensor for system syncronization and a keyboard control with simple or intuitive system function. Moreover, upon request, the system can be personalised to meet all customer requirements.The installation of the system has been simplified in order to make it very fast and pratical. The "HELP" function on the keyboard control provides a description of the functioning of the system without having to consult written documentation. This function also suggest various solutions to any problems which may arise. The above-mentioned characteristics describe the minimum configuration of the system ; however, other possibilities exist both already implemented by us and upon customer request.
